Mohit Rajhans

With over a decade of experience in Film and Television, Mohit Rajhans has a unique mix of business and creative skills that have helped to shape several companies in Canada.  He is currently a Director of Programming for Cineplex Digital Media. Mohit was also recently featured as the co-host of the national telecast of the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards Green Carpet and moderator at last years Toronto International Film Festival.

Anu Menon - Indian director

After a decade of strategic planning in advertising agencies in India and Singapore, Anu Menon decided to give it all up to chase her dream of filmmaking. She graduated from the London Film School with an MA in Filmmaking and a rare distinction. Her short films “Ravi Goes to School,” “Fock Helen and Harry” and “Baby” have screened at various notable film festivals including Tribeca and Edinburgh. Her first feature film, LONDON PARIS NEW YORK, was released in March 2012 to critical acclaim. WAITING is her second feature film.

Mehreen Jabbar - Pakistani director

Mehreen is a 16 year veteran of the industry, with a prolific career as Director/Producer of gritty, hard-hitting films for Pakistani Television. She has earned a reputation of professionalism and excellence, and is quoted widely as an expert in her field.

Varun Saranga - Canadian actor

Varun Saranga was born and raised in Scarborough, Ontario, where he attended Woburn Collegiate Institute. He became interested in acting through filmmaking, directing and starring in two student films Nerdman and Small Fry. Both films were praised at the Toronto Youth Film Festival, especially for his performances. Varun Saranga got his start acting as AJ Mehta on YTV’s How to Be Indie. His additional credits include the TV series Schitts Creek, Unnatural History, Mudpit, Cra$h & Burn, Lucky 7, and a leading role on CBC’s miniseries The Best Laid Plans. Most recently, he guest starred on Young Drunk Punk, alongside Bruce McCulloch. Saranga holds a BA in Political Science from York University.

Marina Khan - Pakistani actress

Marina Khan is an iconic Pakistani television actress, director and producer. She shot to fame after her drama series Tanhaiyan (Loneliness) and Dhoop Kinare (Edge of Sunshine) were released.
